Deposits:

Upon booking your appointment we will require a non refundable deposit to secure the date. 

 

 

Cancellations and Rescheduling:

Any appointment deposits collected are refundable for the first 24 hours as long as appointment is made at least 5 days prior to the appointment time. After that the deposit is non-refundable. If you reschedule your appointment at least 72 business hours before your appointment you may transfer your deposit to your new appointment.

 

Due to the nature of our services it is very difficult to fill an appointment on short notice. Therefore, if you cancel or reschedule LESS THAN 72 HOURS hours prior to your scheduled appointment time we will charge you a $100 late cancellation fee. This fee will be deducted from any deposit collected, or if no deposit was collected it will be charged to your credit card on file or billed through invoicing.

 

 

No Shows/Missed Appointments:

No shows/missed appointments will be charged 25% of the scheduled appointment fee to your credit card on file. If no credit card is on file we will send you an invoice.

Late Arrivals:

Everyone’s time is valuable and to stay on schedule we may need to reschedule your appointment if you arrive more than 15 minutes late. In this case your deposit may be forfeited. To give you excellent service we reserve a large block of time for your treatment. We therefore ask you to please be on time and to notify us as early as possible if you are running late or cannot make it to your appointment.

 

REFUNDS:


All treatments and packages are non-refundable.

 

CONTRAINDICATIONS & LIMITATIONS:


We may require doctor’s permission to perform treatments on clients with certain pre-existing conditions. We do not perform any semi-permanent treatments on women who are pregnant, or on anyone who is under the age of 18 without parental consent.

 

Photos

 

Pictures taken during and after your enhancement may be posted on browbehavior.com and by us only.  

(For marketing purposes, your pictures may appear on  our social media and our website.)

Precautions Prior To Permanent Makeup Services: 

Everyone is different and can respond to topical epinephrine differently. How much you bleed  will effect the outcome result and number of appointments it takes to get the desired result.

 

Clients must take proper medication prior to lip procedure if you have  a cold sore. Please visit your doctor for a prescription before your treatment.

 

If you are considering getting  Juevderm, Botox or any type of fillers, please get your permanent make up treatment done first. Otherwise you would need to consult with your doctor before coming in for your permanent make up enhancement.

 

We do not recommend usage of any face lotions and creams for exfoliating, tone correcting, anti-aging, or fading as it can alter the appearance of your treatment.

 

If you have pink eye the area must be healed prior to the treatment.

 

If you have had laser eye surgery, blepharoplasty, or an eye-lift done you must wait three months from your procedure before your eyeliner enhancement.

 

 If you have shingles on the treated area please wait several months to get the enhancement.

 

In some cases, you will need a doctor's note in order to proceed if you are taking any medications for any specific health conditions or have an active contraindication skin condition.

Conditions that disqualify clients for permanent makeup services:

  • You’re pregnant or breastfeeding.

  • You have diabetes, cancer, epilepsy, or an autoimmune disorder.

  • You’re regularly taking medication that thins the blood.

  • You have a skin disease that affects the area in question.

  • You have a heart condition and / or allergic to Epinephrine.

  • You have circulatory or blood disorders.

  • You're allergic to pigmentation and make up.

  • You have  glaucoma and/or taking blood thinning medicines.

  • You have a skin condition  such as eczema, psoriasis on the area to be treated.

  • You are under 18 years of age.

  • You have active skin cancer in the treated area.

  • You have experienced post inflammatory hyper pigmentation.

  • You have un-diagnosed rashes or blisters on the treated area.

  • You're diabetic.

  • You have a mitral valve disorder or high blood pressure.

  • You're hemophiliac.

  • You have any healing disorders such as keloid scarring.

  • You're taking a skin medication such as  antasure,  ro-accutaine , and/or steroids which thins
    and makes the skin become very sensitive.

  • You're currently under or have had radiotherapy or chemotherapy treatment within 1 year.

  • You're epileptic and have  experienced a fainting spell or a seizure.

  • You're allergic to topical anesthetics or lidocaine. 

  • You’re sick with a cold or the flu.
